Ingredients:

1 cup of blueberries

1/2 banana

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 scoop protein powder

1 cup (8 oz.) of unsweetened almond milk

1 handful of kale or spinach

1/2 cup of crushed ice

Directions:

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food extractor until smooth, 15-20 seconds.

Pour immediately into glass
