Prep time: 10 minutes
- 1 large banana
- 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
- ¼ cup unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup or date paste
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until it’s creamy. Add more milk to thin if needed to obtain desired consistency.
- Divide between 4 small serving glasses and cover with plastic wrap
- Chill for 1-2 hours.
