Mini Protein Shake

Serves: 1              Prep time: 1 minute         Total time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop grass-fed protein powder or 2 scoops plant-based protein
  • 8 oz. almond milk
  • ½ banana
  • 1 scoop superfood powder mix
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or extractor.
  2. Drink up!
