1 – 100% whole wheat or gluten-free wrap (medium)
1 handful of romaine lettuce or mixed greens
Few diced tomatoes and cucumbers
1/8 half avocado sliced
3-4oz lean chicken
1/8 red onion
1 pinch of fresh black pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tbs. of crumbled goat cheese
In large bowl, combine all ingredients (except avocado and cheese) and mix gently.
Season chicken and place it in the oven over medium-high heat (350* to 400*F/ 175* to 205*C) 20 minutes or until chicken is done, turning once.
Prepare wrap, add ingredients from bowl and top with avocado and cheese.
Slice in half crosswise and serve immediately.
