Vanilla Almond Shake

Serves: 1              Prep time: 2 minutes         Total time: 4 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 heaping tablespoon sunflower seed butter (or almond butter)
  •  2 tablespoons of flaxseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1/2 banana

Directions:

  1. In a blender, puree all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
